    How to link Google My Business account to AddMe account
    Follow this steps to link your Google My Business account to AddMe.com:

    1. Navigate to Google My Business
    2. Click on Sign In button
    3. In Google My Business dashboard, click Users on left nav bar
    4. In Manage permissions modal, click on Add People icon on top right
    5. Fill email address field with: reviewmanager@addme.com
    6. Choose a role as Site Manager
    7. Click on Invite button

    Sending Review Requests
    Send Individual Review Requests

    These instructions provide information on how to send out review requests individually using the AddMe Reviews platform

    You can also upload customer details and send reviews in a larger batch, automate review requests using our BCC Email Automation, or include a link to your Review Landing Page in your own emails.

    1. From your AddMe Reviews Dashboard click on the gray button at the top of the page labelled “Request Review
    2. From the top of the dialogue box click on “Email” to send the request via email instead of SMS
    3. Enter the first name of the customer
    4. (Optional) Enter the last name of the customer
    5. Enter the mobile phone number or email address
    6. Make any last minute adjustments to the standard template
    7. Click “Send”

    Upload Customer Details
    These instructions explain how to upload your customer’s details into the AddMe Reviews platform which can then be used to send out a large number of requests in bulk.

    1. In the left-hand navigation menu click on “Customers”
    2. Click on the “Upload Batch” button at the top of the page
    3. Click “Choose File”, select the CSV file containing your customer data, and click “Open”
    4. Click “Upload”
    5. Check through the Batch Import Customers validation page to confirm your customers have been added
      1. Duplicate entries won’t be uploaded
      2. If a match is found against the existing data, the new data may override the existing phone number or email address
      3. Any data that cannot be added to the platform will be listed and marked on the page
    6. Click “Proceed”

    Send Batches Of Review Requests
    The AddMe Reviews platform is capable of sending large batches of reviews to customers at once using customer data that has already been entered or by uploading customer data in bulk. You can also send individual review requests, automate review requests using our BCC Email Automation, or include a link to your Review Landing Page in your own emails.

    1. In the left-hand navigation menu click on “Reviews” to open the Reviews Sub-menu
    2. Click on “Campaign”
    3. Click the button labelled “Create Campaign”
    4. To change from the default SMS campaign to Email click the button labelled “Email”
    5. Name your campaign in the textbox labelled “Campaign Name”
    6. Add your customers to the campaign:
      1. Click on the textbox labelled “Customer” and begin typing the customer details to start searching through customer lists and select the appropriate customers
      2. Click on “Customer list” to open a new dialogue box
        1. Select existing customers from the list
        2. Add new customers by clicking “Add Customer”, fill in the appropriate fields, and click “Submit”
    7. Make any last minute adjustments to the review request template
    8. Finalise the campaign:
      1. Click “Save Draft” so save your progress and return to the setup later
      2. Click “Schedule” to select a date and time for the campaign to be processed
      3. Click “Send” to send the campaign immediately

    Using BCC Email Automation
    BCC Email Automation allows businesses to add a dedicated email to the BCC field of your outgoing customer emails. The AddMe Reviews platform will then schedule a review request to be sent to the original recipient of that email. These review requests can only be sent to customers via email.

    You can also send individual review requests, upload customer details and send reviews in a larger batch, or include a link to your Review Landing Page in your own emails.

    1. In the left-hand navigation menu click “Settings” to open the Settings Sub-menu
    2. Click “Social Media & Automations”
    3. In the right-hand pane select the delay between the AddMe Reviews platform receiving the BCC email and scheduling the review request to be sent in the field labelled “Automated request delay”
    4. Confirm the time between repeat customers receiving additional review requests in the field labelled “Limit repeated requests every” (this stops repeat customers receiving a second request until the set number of months has passed)
    5. Click the blue button labelled “Update” to save any changes
    6. Copy your unique BCC email by clicking the blue button labelled “Copy”
    7. Add the BCC email to outgoing emails to your customers such as:
      1. Appointment confirmation emails
      2. Order confirmation emails
      3. Welcome emails
      4. Invoices

    Include A Review Request Link On Your Own Emails
    It’s possible to send review requests to your customers in your own emails by including a link to your Reviews Landing Page. These reviews can be sent from your systems but still make use of the features available to you from your Reviews Landing Page.

    Keep in mind, review requests sent this way can’t be tracked by the AddMe Reviews platform meaning we won’t have any data on how successful you may have been in sending out these requests.

    You can also send individual review requests, upload customer details and send reviews in a larger batch, or automate review requests using our BCC Email Automation.

    1. In the left-hand navigation menu click “Settings” to open the Settings Sub-menu
    2. Click “Landing Pages”
    3. Click the button labelled “Preview”
    4. Copy the URL of the Reviews Landing Page Preview and delete the text “?preview=true”
    5. Use this URL in any SMS or email messages sent to clients to direct them to your Reviews Landing Page

    Managing Your Online Reviews
    Responding To Customer Reviews The AddMe Reviews platform can be connected to your Google My Business listing or your Facebook business page allowing your reviews to be captured and responded to. Learn the best ways to respond to your customer reviews. Dashboard

    1. In the left-hand navigation menu click “Dashboard”
    2. Underneath the heading labelled “Recent Reviews” your 8 most recent reviews will be displayed
    3. For reviews from Google and Facebook click the blue button labelled “Reply” to open a dialogue box to enter a response to the review
    4. For reviews from Google and Facebook that have already been replied to click on the gray button labelled “Edit” to open a dialogue box to edit the existing response to your review

    Reviews Page

    1. In the left-hand navigation menu click “Reviews” to open the Reviews Sub-menu
    2. Click “Reviews”
    3. All of your reviews are available on this page
    4. For reviews from Google and Facebook click the blue button labelled “Reply” to open a dialogue box to enter a response to the review
    5. For reviews from Google and Facebook that have already been replied to click on the gray button labelled “Edit” to open a dialogue box to edit the existing response to your review

    IMPORTANT: Replies to reviews on Google and Facebook are public and can be viewed by anyone searching through your reviews. Reviews responded to on other platforms may also be publicly visible. Check with the specific review site how they handle replies to reviews.

    Adding Additional Review Sites
    AddMe Reviews is capable of capturing reviews on a range of additional review sites including: True Local, Yellow Pages, Product Review, Trip Advisor, and Trustpilot.

    1. In the left-hand navigation menu click “Settings” to open the Settings Sub-menu
    2. Click “Review Sources”
    3. In a separate browser tab navigate to your existing profile on one of the third party review sites stated above
    4. Copy the full URL of your profile
    5. Back on the AddMe Reviews browser tab paste the URL into the designated textbox for that review site
    6. Optionally, you may disable this review site from appearing as an option to your customers when they reach your Reviews Landing Page (disabling this review site will remove it as an option for your customers to review you, but we’ll still monitor this site just in case you do still capture any new reviews there)
    7. Click “Save”

    Changing Your Business Details
    Some of your business’s details are maintained within the AddMe Reviews platform. It’s possible for you to adjust some of these details yourself although there are some restrictions.

    1. In the left-hand navigation menu click “Settings” to open the Settings Sub-menu
    2. Click “Business Details”
    3. Enter any details you wish to change in any of the respective fields:
      1. Name (your business name will appear on your Reviews Landing Page)
      2. Address
      3. Website
      4. Phone
    4. Updating your company logo can be done by clicking “Choose file” under the label “Your company logo”
      1. The logo will appear on your Reviews Landing Page
      2. While we don’t have a required resolution or aspect ratio, square logos of high resolution is recommended – especially if making use of the AddMe Reviews mobile app
    5. Click “Update” to save any changes

    Managing Your Email Alerts
    Email alerts are sent out at different times throughout the day when new reviews have been discovered on your various review profiles.

    1. In the left-hand navigation menu click “Settings” to open the Settings Sub-menu
    2. Click “Email Alerts”
    3. Click the button labelled “Add Email” to add an additional person/email to the email alert system
    4. It’s possible to edit an existing email by clicking on the textbox of the email you wish to edit
    5. To remove an email from the email alert system click on the blue cross next to that email
    6. Optionally, the field labelled “Include alerts for” allows you to change the minimum star rating needed to trigger an email alert, simply select the desired rating from the “Any star rating” drop down selection
    7. Click “Update” to save any changes
